Today's guest poster: Nicolaus the Ridiculous
Once we realized we were blowing through $15 a week on our child's
disposable camera habit, we decided it was time to spend our Sharper Image
gift certificate on a low-end digital camera for Nicolaus. Hey, if you
can't stop the madness, at least figure what you can do to make the madness
more affordable.
It's a great little camera - much better than the disposables because the flash is automatic, so all he has to do is point and push a button. Of course, I'm not showing you the hundreds of upside-down, flash-blown, super mega closeup pictures he takes of his own feet. But these few took my breath away. Here I am trying to document our life, and this little person is walking behind me photographing what his life is like. I can't get over the angles and the loving way everyone is humoring him. Each picture is very... I don't know... taken by a toddler.
So thank you, Nicolaus for tonight's pictures. Good job! Now please stop
