Nicolaus is setting up some kind of laserpointer-based challenge. “Just wait here, Graham, don’t watch me set this up. I have a few tricks up my sleeve.”
“Literally?”
“No.”
“Oh you mean the metaphor! Or maybe it’s slang?”
“But what I mean is…”
“I think it’s both actually. It’s a common saying but it’s also a metaphor. Unless you’re secretly a magician. Which you aren’t. I don’t think? Wait. ARE you??”
“JUST WAIT HERE.”
Wow… Listening to our four year old twins at play I sometimes think those conversations can’t possibly get any better. Thanks for assuring me they CAN!
Kids are brilliant! Well, yours are, anyway. That must mean there’s hope for ours, too… *grin*
Ohhh my goodness, I just got back from visiting my four year old twin nephews and their conversations exploded my brain with adorableness every few minutes.
I’m a long time lurker who can’t stay silent a second longer. I have to say that I adore your boys. That Graham is just seriously too adorably smart.
